Work horse. I have this drill for almost 3 years and I do remodeling for living. This is my only cordless gun I have now and it is enough.

I have a small custom cabinetry shop and have been using these drills for five years now. The original batterys still hold a charge decently and the drills still work like new, even though they don't look it.
Having owned many cordless drills over the years, I can say that this Panasonic Drill is by far the best I've owned.
The drill itself was excellent in feel and operation. I liked that it had a NiMH battery and great balance. But, the chuck constantly clicks when you load or unload a bit.
I selected the Panasonic because of the "beast" of a battery it possesses, good size/weight, high torque, high speed, good features, positive reviews by colleagues, and the great price brokered by Amazon.
Tool is only as good as the battery, and Panasonic's battery is top notch. This is a great drill.
