This is a company drill and now I am going to get another one for my home use. Great product and I hope this review helps any of you out there who are undecided to make a wise choice.
I tested it to see if any of the problems noted by others were evident; notably runout in the chuck. None! It's well-centered, powerful, and runs very well.

This drill/driver has the adjustments and power to handle finish woodworking, drywall installation, masonry work and more. I use this tool more than any other power tool.
It took 10 years of constant use, but I finally wore out the last Dewalt. The price for this was great and it works as well or better than the last Dewalt drill.
